We use third‑party platforms such as Thumbtack to receive new customer inquiries. When a new lead arrives, our system may send an automatic acknowledgment message confirming that we received your request and will follow up. These auto‑replies are informational only and do not create a binding quote, booking, or availability guarantee. A project is only confirmed after we explicitly agree on scope, date, and price with you in writing (for example by email, text, or within Thumbtack).developer.

4. No professional advice or guarantees
Information on our website, in our messages, and in automatic replies is provided for general informational purposes only. While we try to be accurate, we do not guarantee that any content is complete, current, or error‑free, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on it.

5. Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
Shoot dates and times are scheduled individually with each client. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a booking due to weather, safety concerns, site access issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. 6. Payments and invoices
Unless otherwise stated in your quote, payment is due upon delivery of final images or within the timeframe stated on your invoice. Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of future services and/or late fees as noted on the invoice.

7. Intellectual property and usage rights
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we retain copyright to all photos and videos we create. When you pay in full, you receive a license to use the deliverables for your own real estate marketing and related business purposes, subject to any restrictions stated in your quote or invoice. You may not resell or transfer our work to third parties (for example, to other agents, photographers, or vendors) without our written permission.

8. Third‑party tools and links
Our website and services may link to or integrate with third‑party platforms (such as Thumbtack, Google, Instagram, virtual‑tour hosts, or payment providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
