We recommend booking 2–3 days ahead when possible, but we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

We serve the Colorado Front Range. From Pueblo up to Cheyenne.
We are based in Parker, and therefore focus heavily in Douglas County Castle Rock, Denver, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Littleton and surrounding communities.

Shoots within 40 miles of Parker, CO are included at no extra charge. Properties beyond that range may incur a small travel fee — contact us for a quick quote.

Safety and image quality are our top priorities. If weather conditions aren't suitable for drone flight or exterior photography, we'll reschedule at no charge. We monitor forecasts closely and will contact you as early as possible.

Our pilots make the final call based on FAA guidelines, wind speeds, and visibility. We won't fly in conditions that compromise safety or the quality of your images. Of course we may be able to take interior photos on stormy days.

Cancellations made 24 hours before the shoot incur no fee.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of half the value of the job.

Most residential shoots take between 30 - 90 minutes depending on property size and services selected. Drone-only sessions are typically under an hour. Commercial and construction projects vary.

Not required, but helpful. If you can't be there, make sure the property is accessible, lights are on, and the space is tidy. We'll take care of the rest.

Yes. Both pilots hold FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificates and the business carries full liability insurance. Documentation is available upon request.

Edited photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot in most cases. Rush delivery may be available — ask when booking.

Final images are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs, optimized for both MLS uploads and print. RAW files are not included by default but can be discussed.

You'll receive a download link via email. We prefer the WeTransfer platform, but can use other file sharing if desired. (Google, Dropbox, OneDrive etc.)
Files are available for 60 days— download and save them to your own storage promptly.

Yes. All delivered images are licensed for full use in marketing the property, including MLS, social media, print, and digital advertising. Condor Drone & Photography Services reserves the right to use any and all media in portfolios of work - including this website and social media for the purpose of self advertising.

Add-ons like drone, virtual tours, or twilight photography are available à la carte.

Payment is due at time of delivery for orders under $500. For larger orders - ½ is due at booking and ½ is due on delivery.
